XSales.ai is built for the people who fill XSeries rooms. Sponsorship reps go into every call knowing who just raised money, who competes with whom and what to say first, then turn the conversation into a branded proposal priced from the rate card in minutes. Delegate reps qualify every exec on the spot, open with today's news and invite the right people to the right sessions.
After every call, Bert, our in-house coach, scores you against SPIN, MEDDIC, value selling and the Challenger Sale, and tells you exactly what to do differently next time. Your progress is tracked call by call.

"Lovely rapport, but you let Priya set the pace. You never asked what a missed CISO meeting costs her pipeline. Next time, put the number on the table before the price."

XSales.ai · built for EDS sponsorship and delegate sales
Prepare for every call, score it against how EDS sells access to enterprise CIOs and CISOs, then turn it into a proposal.
Build my Landscape!
Add an XSeries agenda and XSales.ai maps the opportunity: sessions, speakers and sponsors, then who to call and what to say.

Some event sites block page readers; if a link doesn't work, upload the PDF or paste the agenda instead. A full landscape takes 1 to 3 minutes.
Pre-call insight
The brief can't open links yet. It works from the company and person you name, anything you paste above, and Claude's general knowledge, which can be months out of date. Anything marked VERIFY needs checking before the call.

What the coach looks for
Every call is read as an EDS conversation. Discovery should uncover what stops a tech, AI or cyber vendor from getting in front of enterprise CIOs and CISOs, and what that is costing them. The proposal should position XSeries and Xperiential as the route to that access and a faster pipeline, tied to the prospect's own numbers.
SPIN (0–10 each)
Situation, Problem, Implication and Need-payoff questions. High scores need implication questions that make the cost of poor CIO/CISO access concrete.
MEDDIC coverage
Metrics, Economic buyer, Decision criteria, Decision process, Identify pain, Champion. Each is marked captured, partial or missing. Coverage counts captured as 1 and partial as ½.
Value-based selling (0–10)
Did the rep link XSeries/Xperiential to the prospect's outcomes (pipeline, deal velocity, cost per meeting with a CISO) rather than describing features like venue, attendee count or agenda?
Challenger (0–10 each) and persona
Teach, Tailor, Take control. The coach also names which of the five profiles the rep showed on this call: Challenger, Relationship Builder, Hard Worker, Lone Wolf or Reactive Problem Solver.
EDS access story
Which access barriers were uncovered or missed, and how well the rep positioned EDS as the answer.
Bert's review
Every analysed call gets a written review from Bert, EDS's in-house consultant: fun, direct, specific about the gaps, and clear about what to do on the next call. On each rep's page, Bert's focus names their weakest area across all calls.
Pre-call fit (0–100)
51 or above is a strong fit for EDS. Strong-fit companies come with five similar companies to pitch next, each one tap away from its own brief.
EDS Delegate Sales Playbook
Delegate calls are judged first against the playbook: the six-step call structure (opener and permission, personalised hook, credibility anchor, SPIN discovery, value proposition, next step), the playbook's rubric with objection handling, the three value pillars, qualifying on the call, and asking confirmed delegates for a referral.
Delegate sales calls
Delegate reps invite senior IT and cyber executives to attend for free. Calls are scored with the same SPIN, MEDDIC, value and Challenger lenses, applied to the decision to attend, plus: how well the rep detailed the day's agenda and the core themes of the event or dinner; how interested the exec was; whether the exec shared their interests or current projects; how well the rep linked those to the agenda and aligned the event with the exec's goals; whether attendance was clearly proposed; how objections such as "I'm too busy" or "I don't see value in events" were handled; and whether the conversation felt peer to peer. Pre-call briefs grade every exec: company A ($1bn+), B ($500m+) or C ($250m+), and seniority A (C-suite), B (Director+) or C (Manager+). C grades need manager approval, and reps are encouraged to aim for A · A.
Overall (0–100)
A judgement of the whole call for its stage. Around 50 is a typical trained rep; 70+ is a call worth sharing with the team.
